La Wren's Nest is a family-owned business, originally based in Maine. Our company began in 1996 making custom wool cloaks. In 2003, we moved to Connecticut to a larger facility to service our customers better.

Since our beginning thirteen years ago, we have gradually expanded to include historically-accurate Classical, Medieval and Celtic period clothing, arms and armor, accessories, cloak clasps, jewelry, circlets, and other miscellaneous gift items. All of our circlets, cloaks and clothing are custom-made. Other items have been hand-chosen for their unique craftsmanship and high quality. Our specialty is custom-made early clothing.
