Custom Orders

Shipping Within the US:
Please add 15% of your order for estimated shipping and handling within the United States. Please note that this is an Estimate. If your order requires two boxes instead of one, for example, your shipping may cost more. Any overpayment of shipping will be promptly refunded. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail with Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Large or heavy items will be shipped UPS Ground. Pilums and scutums will be directly drop-shipped from Gift International.  Please call for a price quote.  Call for UPS price quote. Most orders are filled within 24 to 48 hours. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for clothing orders. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for custom orders.

International Shipping:
Shipping on international orders will be determined by weight and destination. All international orders are shipped via U. S. Postal Service Air Priority (ground shipment is no longer offered by the Postal Service on international orders).

Payment Methods We Accept :
 

We now also accept PayPal!  Simply go to the PayPal website at http://www.paypal.com, sign in under your account, and click on send money.  Type the required information in the fields provided and the total amount due.  Then e-mail, call or fax us the list of merchandise ordered and we will send your order as soon as payment has been received from PayPal.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check or money order in United States funds only.

Return Policy:
We guarantee our products 100% If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days. However, you must call for a return authorization number in order to receive full credit for your purchase. No credit will be issued without a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization may be returned or charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products must be in the same condition as when you received them. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales on our Bargain Basement site are FINAL. All basement items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
